EXTREME BAD QUALITY!!!

I had Rocky sandals and used it for abt 6 years before falling apart. Subsequent I bought another pair and had the same awesome service. After that I bought again - it started falling apart and within 2 weeks it was useless. I took it back to the store and only after a fight and waiting for more than a week it was replaced by another pair. But under assurance that it will never happen again and at a special price I bought another pair. The first of these also fell apart in a very short space of time - I used it seldom. The other one still in the box - I refuse to wear it. Someone is lying about quality. Rocky and Tekkie Town what the heck is going on. I want my money back. I want a reply from HO Tekkie Town and HO Rocky SA!
