EXTREAMLY BAD QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

In February 2015 I bought Puma tekkies for R600. I was told that I have a six month guarantee on the shoes. In July 2015, all the stitch work of the shoes started to pull loose. I returned to the store and had to struggle for n month to get my shoes replaced. I had to speak to there head office before any actions was taken. The regional manager was unhelpful after i phoned him and he revered me back to the shop and after going to the shop with in 30min of our phone call. When i tried to phone him again he turned off his phone. After the month i had to struggle they replaced my shoes. I then took a pair of bronx and paid in the difference. The manager said that i must know that there is NO guarantee on these shoes. Its now 3 October and only wearing the bronx for 2 months, I sit again with the same problem. The stitch work is starting to pull loose. Now I dont know what to do because the manager made it clear to me that i am not allowed to return the shoes. Does tekkie town really sell reject shoes for normal prices? I never had any problem like this before with any other shoes i bought at other retailers. I will tell everyone not to buy at tekkie town all
