Exchange

Last week Monday I called Zevenwacth branch to check if they have a bigger size sandal that I bought at they branch at Access City. I wasn't aware that the Access City branch are the sale branch so you won't be able to exchange products at another branch because it's older stock they would not have. Luckily it wasn't an sale product and the lady assisted me by checking if they have a bigger size Nike sandal. They did and she asked me if she could leave it at the till. I was actually in a hurry so that worked perfectly for me. I was very impressed with the service Tekkie Town Zevenwacth gave me because they exchange it without any hesitation.
