embarrassment to the store and black women at large !

i visited tekkie town in canal walk on the 31/07/2018 to purchase some shoes. it was the end of the month and early evening at 18.19 pm. the store was empty and i appeared to be the only shopper at the time. whilst looking at the various shoes/takkies a sales person whose name i learnt later was "Fiona" was busy engaging with her fellow colleagues. she proceeded to shout at the top of her lungs in a very " Cape Flats" manner over my head to her colleague in a demeaning manner lambasting the other staff person. i found this behavior to be both rude, and condescending . i am a "black female" and i shudder to think that this sales person also a black female would perform so disgracefully. i am pretty sure if i was of a different colour persuasion this behavior would have been concealed! Needless to say the staff member lacks etiquette and self - respect and needs to be summarily dealt with. its sad that she would degenerate herself in such a manner and in particular as a black women. she later refused to assist me whilst i paid for my goods. she is an embarrassment to the store and black women at large !
