****ed off of tekkie town - since they making money they becoming bad

So I purchased online, and when I got the package. I went to the store due to it was my sons birthday gift, I then go to the store where I was mentioned that I have to self pay for the slip to be printed out which for me is just ridiculous. Due to there is a printer in the store why do I have to go to a coffee shop to print out the stuff that just does not make sense to me, at the end I purchased from the store n I have the proof as it was sent to my email. Why should you guys make a person's life so damn difficult... I've been purchasing online this is so a damn bad review, I chat to someone online n they just completely ignored me then I received an email to say it has been resolved n I was told to pay them if they should exchange r65, the thing is why was there no slip in my order.
