DONT BUY FRO TEKKIE TOWN EASTGATE /pathetic staff and area maager

Went to the store on the 23/12/2023 and they debited my account twice for the same transaction, called the store on the 26/12/2023 to let theem know spoke to Sizakele and she told me to go to the bank and sent me a code for the bank to reverse the transaction , got to the bank and they told me thats impossible they have to refund me because the money is with them , I have been taken to pillar to post , called headoffice yesterday spoke to Lizel and said she will get back to me upto now no call nothing . Spoke to the area manager this morning who is pathetic and sounded sarcastic on the call told me i will wait till nextweek
