Does tekkie town sell factory Rejects or ****s?

I bought a pair of Nike Roshe at tekkie town about 3 months ago, I only wear the shoes maybe about once or twice a week and they have already started to tear at the seams and when I got the shoe their was a lump on the front of the shoe which has formed a hole, I was told I have a 6 month guarantee on the shoes. I called tekkie town And explained the problem to them and told them that I have unfortunately lost the receipt, I was assured that it would be fine as long as I bring along a bank statement that shows that the shoe was purchased in the last 6 months along with the shoe and box and then it would be replaced. I then immediately went and drew my bank statement and made my way to tekkie town in bayside mall where I purchased the shoe. Once I got their the manager called their head office and then rudely told me my application for a replacement is rejected because it is wear and tear on the shoe and not a factory default so it has nothing to do with them. I feel when the stitching comes loose the problem is a factory default and not wear and tear. This is not the first time I purchased something from tekkie town and things always seems to break or fall apart. Does tekkie town sell original stock or or ****s or are they just a factory reject outlet? I'm am furious I spent Almost R1000 on shoes that is Falling apart so soon and it's Nike so it's meant to last!!! I was **** to about having a guarantee! If something is gaurenteed and it breaks should it not be replaced? If anyone could please advise me on what I should do about this it would be much appreciated. I have Nike roshe that I bought years ago and they are still going strong so why is the pair I bought at tekkie town falling apart after 3 months ?
