Do not care about their customers!

I bought a pair of takkies for my daughter. They didn't fit her and she chose a different pair online. I went back to Tekkie Town the following day and they couldn't give me a refund because they didn't have any cash in their tills. I went to the shop in the afternoon on a Saturday. What shop doesn't have cash in their tills on the busiest trading day of the week!!! Unbelievable. It's been 10 days now and I'm still waiting for them to contact me to offer me a refund when they have cash.

They are all very quick to take your cash but are not terribly bothered about refunds. I've been shopping at Tekkie Town for years and I'm afraid they have lost a loyal customer!
