Disgusting Service from a Supervisor ( Canal Walk)

I purchased shoes with my Canal Walk Gift Card. The machine showed that transaction has been approved however according to tekkie town's System the transaction did not go through. As per the balance on my gift card and the print out received from Canal Walk the amount went off. The supervisor of Tekkie Town keep on making empty promises and do date no refund was done. I waited the time as per their instruction and still nothing has happened. First time i actually buy at this store and received this disgusting customer service from a supervisor.
