Disgusting customer service

<p>I recieved a pair of Converse sneakers as a present however the size was incorrect. I went to exchange them at Phalaborwa Eden Square mall. Tshifhiwa the asst manager was very rude from the moment i walked in at the shop. he said he cannot exchange the shoes as they were worn and that he qont carry the responsibility of paying for something which is not his. despite my explaining that i havent worn the shoes he refused to listen to me and told me to leave his shop. he siad if i need cuatomer service i must go to Sammy Marks as he doeant do customer service.</p>
