Disgusting Behaviour

Myself and my wife was in Tekkie Town - Mall of the North on Tuesday, the 26th of November 2019. We have been loyal customers of the store for years. But on Tuesday we saw appalling behaviour coming from a Senior Staff member. This woman was reprimanding another employee in a disgusting manner in front of customers. As I have mentioned, I have been a customer for many years and have been helped by the young man being reprimanded numerous times and he has always given us great service and even when this senior staff member was yelling at him he kept his composure and was well mannered towards her. Another customer in the store said he was there the previous week and the same thing happened and said to the other employees "This again", this seems to me that this is the way Tekkie Town treats their employees. I wish I took the employee and the senior staff members names, but I am sure it will not be hard to find out their names and I hope Tekkie Town will do something about that woman's behavior. If this is the way Tekkie Town treats their employees they have lost my business.
