Disgusted with your store manager

Went into the overport store and took a nike soccer boot that was advertised for R299, get to the till and it scans for R399. So I tell the salesperson and he goes to the sign. Another staff says there is a difference between junior and senior. So I ask where on the sign does it say that ... all the shoes are together and the sign says R299. They phone the manager Palisa Magadla who insists i must pay the R399. As the manager was not there to argue with i told the salesperson I will pay but am definitely complaining as I am supposed to pay the advertised price. So here I am complaining because your manager was stubborn and unhelpful. The salesperson was very helpful but it was not his decision so I was not going to be difficult with him. But the manager that insisted because they were not in the store needs to be addressed as this is not customer service
