Disgusted Service from Caledon Tekkie Town

Last month my sister-in- law Shahiema Palmer bought a pair of Adidas for her son last montha at Tekkie Town Caledon. The tekkie broke and on Monday she was at the store to exchange the tekkie but when she got there a guy assisted her and said that he cannot exchange it for her. He need to wait for someone higher then him to give authorise this. He then told her he will phone her during the cause of the day and this never happened until today no feedback from tekkie Town Caledon. She told him that she lives in Riviersonderend and she hitch hike from there and need to hitch hike back is there no one the can phone to help her. He said no she must wait until he call her. They don't have a car so she needs to hitch hike from Riviersonderend to Caledon when he call back. She had the slip and everything present.
