disgusted service

i am very disappointed in the service at tekkie town in Vangate Mall , i bought my son a Karrimor from their store in January and 3 months down the line the stitching came loose and so it happened twice after that and now they declining the exchange but when I wanted my money back to go buy him a bag somewhere else the second time I was told I must choose something else , i bought my son a Karrimor from a store in Town 5 years ago and guess what he still uses that bag after all these years the only problem is the colour is faded but the bag is very strong, a person will think that this product is a China product , because u paying allot of money only to receive a piece of junk that didn't even last a year, I like to buy takkies for my kids at tekkie town but I swear I will never put foot in the store ever again and on top of it i had to wait 3 weeks and no one bothered calling me I had to phone them.
