<p>Bought 4 pairs of shoes just before Christmas for our family. We wanted to return one pair, we produced the till slip. We were refused a refund as they are "a large chain store".</p> <p> </p> <p>will never shop there again and advise others to be warned. Very rude manager in the Westwood Mall</p>

I completely understand your frustration, but unfortunately we don't do cash refunds, however we can exchange the goods or issue a voucher. Keep in mind the voucher does not expire and can be used at any Tekkie Town store.

A curtesy call from a manager would have been professional but nothing about your company is professional. Your face book page and numerous complaints on Hello Peter are testament to this.
