Disappointed ****med by tekkie town

I placed the order on the 17 Nov 2025, received an out on delivery notification on Saturday at 1:29 am but the order never came, I called and got told that my order is in Bloemfontein when I stay in hammanskraal, then later got told that it in back in Pretoria. Now it's been 2 weeks and they say my oder is complete, how when I didn't receive it.
