Did not want to change my tekkies

I bought pair of tekkies for R499.95 at one of their branch in Johannesburg on Tuesday 01.03.2016 when i got home they were too small for my baby the following daywhich is yesterday i took them to tekkie town Woodlands the manager there by the name of Patrick didn't want to change them he said there were dirty I called their head office spoke to Roseline she said she will call me back after few minutes she called tell me that Patrick said they were dirty and they can not change them,now i am stucked with R500 pair of tekkies that i do not know what to do
