Delivery failure

Have been waiting for my order for 12 days. Everytime I call regarding my order am told the driver could not reach Protea glen because of the bad weather...which is a pure lie. Am very disappointed. They are ****ming me. Don't buy from them they are not reliable. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
