Defective goods

This company has sold me tekkies that of low quality, now they are torn within a 6 mnths period, the store and their customer services refuses to help and says they want the proof of purchase i don't have a document of March let alone the exact date and time as per the policy. Now I am stuck with tekkies that can't be worn I spoke to a very useless manager (Welheminah) this morning who told me I can escalate the matters she is unable to assist me even though she can see by the packaging that the tekkies were bought from their store.
