defaulted shoe

good day.<br> <br> I bought adidas tekkie on 16th December 2015, and later found that the shoes I bought have default. the right side tekkie is small than the left one.<br> What happened is I fitted only left shoe at the store and assume that both of them are fine, on the 21st December I noticed that the shoes I bought are defaulted and decided to go back to the store. when I get there the lady who assisted me told me that she cannot take back shoes as they are dirty underneath and that they cannot sell them like that.<br> <br> My concern is I bought defaulted shoes and when returning them I was told that the shoes cannot be sold but they sell them defaulted to me, and reselling defaulted shoes should have been out of equation, a person who is business minded cannot utter such a statements to customer, that she want to resell defaulted products to another customer.<br> It is evident that tekkie town do sell defaulted shoes to customers deliberately and that should not be customer's problem.My feet are equal but I have a pair with 2 different Shoes but both size 8. It is really embarrassing and I feel sorry for those people who are still buying shoes at tekkie town Randburg as the manager there is useless
