Declined payment

I bought talkies, swiped my capitec card, transaction went off but they say their system declines my payment i have to swipe again. I then checked my app first and found out my money went off but still the head office do not clear the transaction. Been in the store for almost 2hours. I even went to the bank to print a statement and the transaction appeared on the statement with no teversal, stilll they do not help. Right now they have taken my last four card numbers. Still waiting. Are their swipong machines calibrated? Any who had the same experience in store? I am dead tired now.
