<p>My wife Laybyed 2 kids Boots for my 8yr old son and 12yr old daughter for R400. This was on the 1st of June 2016. 10 days later, my kids didn't want those boots and we went to cancel the laybye and we were told that we won't get our money but instead, we will get a voucher to buy in the same store.. and further more, a deduction of 20% will be taken from our R400... WHAT???.. What policies is Tekkie Town following??? I feel like this is just *******. Please Help..</p>
