damage shoes

I'm very disappointed with the service that I have received on 19-03-2016.i have bought pair of sneakers Adidas on the 26-02-2016 , I wear them three time .than on the 12-03-2016 I have decided to wear them again when I check on the left side of my sneak it was damage so I have asked my question many time if weather is this really Adidas of what cause I wear Adidas most of my sneaker I have pair of sneaker which I have bought it maybe 3years back I have decided to take them back I have put it back on the box it was raining and I have only one day off which I should be resting doing something important with my day off<br> <br> <br> When I got there spoke to this lady by the name of Dora she was chew chap pies all the way and she was so unprofessional and she was not lessening to my problem I felt so stupid. I regret myself every day cause it was my first time I bought something from this shop and I want my money back <br>
