Customer dissatisfaction

On the 28/04/2023 I laid by a Nike sneaker with R300, on the 04/08/2023 I realised that my layby was due I went to the store to ask if I can cancel my layby because at the moment I didn't have enough money. I was told that my layby it's still active the cashier then offered me a voucher which I agreed to take. Then they gave me back my slips and I put those slips as they was in a jug at home. On the 12/09/2023 I went to the store to buy with my voucher I was told that I have the wrong slips it's only layby slips, I must go back home and look for voucher slip which I didn't receive.

On the 28/09/2023 I send an email to complain about the matter, I received two calls and I explain everything to them. They gave me WhatsApp number to send my layby slips I did as I was told on the very same day. I received an email that says my complain has been closed just like that. It surprises me how the matter it's being closed because I haven't received any feedback or update, the voucher is still in their store.
