COURIER bad service

1st time buying from you and the Courier company which you use is pathetic and the driver was rude. I sent you a complaint regarding this and have not received any reply. Let alone that they delivery guy did not deliver my things and reschedule, no communication as to when im getting my things. When calling he tells me its his phone not the company's. I mean what the hell. Never buying from you again.
