Christmas Gift Return
I took back a pair of Reebok slops i received as a gift. I do not have the slip as I got it as a gift. I took the slops back as the soles tore loose. I spoke to the manageress and she really tried to help me but she said without a slip head office wont authorise the return. I left the store with understanding but I feel that there was more that could have been done.
She really tried to help me, but couldn't she check the bar code on the system to verify the purchase?
I am really not happy and will not support tekkie town again.

We did our best to assist Jarrod by even making mention that a bank statement (if paid by card) by the person giving the gift would suffice, if not, then narrow down the date in which the shoe was purchased for us to try and find it, but they were unable to supply us with neither of the 2.
Not one business in the country would accept a faulty or damaged item back into their store without POP.
Regards
Tekkie Town
