Charge twice on my Ackermans account where for I only got one pair of tekkies

Good day I'm Staci-Leigh Adams Im very unhappy with the service I've got from Tekkie Town in Cleary parks service /customer service and head office no one seems to can help me with the problem they did. I waned to buy tow pairs of tekkies but didn't have enough credit so I bought only the one pair and waned to laybye the second pair but the cashier did put it trew as a sale so which means now I'm charge twice were I only have one pair I've been send from pillar to post no ons can asist me all that I want is for them to rectify my account because I'm charge twice but only have one pair of tekkies I'm waisting my time since Monday this is realy bad it was my first time buying by Tekkie Town and I wount ever buy there my account is now in a minus for a r1400purchase I do not have .
