Brought back shoes and gives a damn voucher

I brought back hiking shoes in pristine condition, not a mark or speck of dust on them and Esther gives me a R900 voucher with reason for return UNWANTED. I said these shoes cut into the backs of my heels and are uncomfortable, I asked will you be getting other hiking shoes, she says no. I will never go there again.
