Breach of promise - worst service ever
My wife bought a new Shoe from Tekkie Town. The shoes broke in less then 10 days<br> <br> Was told by/Fiona they will need to send pictures to <br> Head office and only after 48 hrs they will be able to assist.no refund or replace.<br> <br> No help with the regional manager either.<br> <br> Do not buy shoes from Tektite Town Ottery worst company ever they are of no help to their customers.

I have just confirmed with the regional manager , he has spoken to your wife as we cannot assist with another velcro shoe , and has approved the refund.
My apologies for the misunderstanding on the process , as many suppliers are on leave , our process has to be a called made by the Regional manager at this time of year.
