bad treatment

i never complain but i see someone else was also upset by that woman who shouts at the staff in mall of the north. i have also seen this twice now she speaks to them like they are dogs and always with the guy manager the one day she was saying bad things about him to the other staff - you could see he didnt understand the language. this is really bad guys, i am so upset and feel so sorry for him its not ok. they are humans not dogs!
