Bad Service - Tekkie Town, Avonwood Mall, Elsies River
<p>This morning, Thursday 08 Dec 2016, my mom and son visited the Avonwood Mall, Tekkie Town branch<br /> in Elsies River, and received a rather cold reception from one of the sales<br /> persons at the branch. My mom enquired about takkies for my son, and the sales person who<br />"assisted" her, was very rude, not helpful and she had a general bad<br /> attitude. This is really unacceptable. My mom was in no way rude with this<br /> person, and had a genuine interest in purchasing the pair of takkies for my<br /> son, but after experiencing such rude service, she has now decided to<br /> purchase the takkies somewhere else.</p> <p>Avonwood Mall's Tekkie Town, has lost a sale and a customer, because of<br /> this terrible so called service.</p>

I received a telephone call from Anne-Lynne, from the Tekkie Town Customer Care centre, and I must say she was extremely nice and helpful. I want to thank her for taking on the query, and eventhough she was not at fault with the original incident, she apologised that the incident occured.
