Bad service from Tekkie Town Shop, Vredenburg/Customer Care!

I boight two pairs of Dakotas at Tekkie Town in Paarl, after few weeks, i saw that the e one pair was coming loose from the front. I took it back, to the branch at Vredenburg West Coast Mall, and decided to take something else because of my faith i have lost in Dakotas. I took a pair of Urbanart boots. The date in which the return was done was in 22 June 2019. However last week on 4th December 2019, I saw that ime of the boots was coming loose at the back, at the entire heel area. I took it back, only to be told, that the claim was rejected, because itbwas not a factory defect. I am terribly upset because i spend approximately R20000 per year at Tekkie town, and pride myself as a loyal client. This incident made me loose faith in Tekkie Town and i will find myself a new store of choice! My contact number is ***
