Bad service at Tekkie town

My husband bought Rocky sandles at Tekkie town in November 2016, I know that the Rocky's have 6month warrenty and that it can be exchange if its broken whith normal wear and tear. Its not even 6 months and the shoes are completely broken and Unwearable. Tekkie town refuse to exchange the shoes. I googled the warrenty aswell and it states "The shoe's Clearance, Factory Defects, and Factory Seconds have a 6-month warranty for normal use against any manufacturing flaws, defective materials & workmanship." Its R700 for these shoes customers expect at least that it will last with normal wear for longer than 6 months. Also there is no info about warrenties on the tillslip,nor stating the policy of Tekkie town in cases like this. I will not buy expensive shoes again at Tekkie town, because they don't give customer service like other shops we bought at.
