bad service and bad quality

Really bad. I took my takkies back as the uppers are peeling they are only four months old. They promise to contact me yet I hear nothing from the store about an exchange or a refund. I am now sitting without takkies so I can't go for a walk. Honestly never want to shop here again. I must now do all the work phone the shop follow up etc.
