Bad service and bad qaulity

I bought school tackies for my 9 year son at tekkie town Herm**** I explained to the sales constant what I'm looking for seeing it's for school its everyday wear so it must be durable. The tackies didn't even last a full two months I was also told all there shoes has a three month qaurentee I must keep my box and slip which I did they refuse to take the tackies back which is still under quarentee because of wear and tear the soles came loose I asked the region manager (Charmaine,,) yesterday when she phoned to why my complaint is being declined she said wear and tear I explained to her my story still refuses to take the shoes back I then also asked her pls tell me how does the soles of shoes tears open she said she doesn't know,I m utterly disappointed in their behaviour and quality because the shoes was bought for school purpose its everyday wear is sports etc .tekkie town wanted nothing to hear about this Regards Chrissie Hess
