Bad service

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I’ve had with your online store. I placed an order for tekkies, which were not delivered within the promised timeframe. As a result, I was left with no choice but to cancel the order.

Despite the cancellation, I have yet to receive any communication regarding my refund. The lack of responsiveness is unacceptable, particularly when other retailers—such as Shein—manage to deliver orders far more reliably and on time.

I expect a prompt update on the status of my refund and urge you to treat this matter with the urgency it deserves. Based on this experience, I do not intend to shop online with your store again.
