BAD SERVICE

purchased a pair of new balance tekkies from the klerksdorp branch and after a while the tekkies started hurting my heels and I retuned it to the store the staff was very helpful and friendly, but I cannot say the same from the my experience from the head office they declined my claim as there is something wrong with my feet but my question is why only with this pair I wore other pairs for longer than a year and the same did not happen. PLEASE I WANT MY MONEY BACK I WILL NOT BUT FROM YOU AGAIN!!!!!
