Bad service

Tekkie Town - Volksrust. I was not happy with service received at this store. I was looking through shoes on a rack that were packed in their boxes. I was approached by one of the staff who said I may not touch or open the boxes as the shoes are all on display on the top of the rack. This was not the case as only 5 or 6 different shoes were on display and for a fact I know that out of those there were a few pairs in boxes that were not displayed on the rack, I know this as I had bought some in February. The box in question that I was opening was not on display and this is what the staff member was insisting was on display. If one is not allowed to open boxes to check then how would I know if it is something I am interested in. As it is I was not going to buy them anyway but was interested in a more expensive pair on display. With his attitude I walked out the store and will not be returning. I had spent around R2500 on shes from Tekkie Town in February, of which some were at this particular store. They lost out today on another sale of R600. Thank you very much for your bad attitude it made up my mind. I am still contemplating on returning all other shoes I bought in February due to this.
