Bad service

I bought Puma sandals at Tekkie Town Balfour park mall for my daughter the lady only to find out that they don't fit my daughter properly went back to the shop wanting to exchange get the bigger size to my surprise they told me the sandal size is for toddler so they only have till size 9... Ok my question was because when i was buying i did mention that my daughter wears between size 9 - 11 depending on the cut of the shoe , this lady never bothered to say we only have till size 9 incase it doesn't fit instead she said i can come in get the right size ... ok sharp when home baby fitted the shoe it doesn't fit return it same day took wanted a refund as i couldn't find anything i liked i was told they don't do refunds i added another R300 for my daughter to get a pair of shoes this time VANS sneaker size 10 , i go home again fit the shoe fits but too tight i went back hoping to get a smaller size they didn't have i had to drive to Cresta , Park Meadow and Stone-ridge mall just for a paid of shoe. i failed in Cresta and Park Meadow was told StoneRidge i would definitely get the right size i get there they only have 1 pair size 12 and they telling me to go back to Woodmead like where do i get all this petrol for the run arounds i m doing with such fail. i want to be refunded i m not happy with the service period. The shop operators say the shop doesn't refund why can i not get a refund if i m not happy with the peroduct? i want my money back i dont know what got to me as i have never bought anything for this shop so my first experience was a complete nightmare. All this shops failed me.
