Bad service

I would like to lay a complaint again one of the employees at tekkie town boulders. His name is Willies.

On the 17th of December 2023, I went to tekkie town boulders, the time was 13:45 and the doors were closed. When I asked them to open for me Willies said he can’t hear me, then I had to scream. When opened the door he was disrespectful and I’m making noise and if he likes he can close the door, I told him that I’m going to report him because he kept on exchanging words with me. And then he said he doesn’t care if I report him.

I experienced bad service on that day .
