bad service
I brought a new pair of cat boats at takkie town westgate mall. There was a problem with the boats so I take it back. They told me they don't have stock I must go to the branch at the promenade. So they also didn't have stock. I had to pay R140 or R240 to have the boats from a other branch in the eastern cape. 5months later. The second pair of boats are broken. I was advise that cats have a life time garantree. Just the fact that the manger didn't even look at the boats and told me they can't help me I said they can look on the system she said no they moved stores within the promenade. I feel so unhappy that one can pay 1500.00 for boats and it just brakes. If it was my fault I wouldn't have go bad to the store but it is poor quitley shoes. And the manufacture should know about this and they need to take responsebitily for this. *** I need your head office to call me. They didn't even want to give me the details of there head office in the store
