Bad quality and after service

I purchased Puma shoes at Tekkie Town Retail Crossing less then a year ago and the shoes completely came apart, the soles are falling off and the pleather plastic on top is making bubbles, I took the shoes back just to hear I have had it longer then 6 months, I don't understand when I contacted Puma global they state 12 months. All Tekkie Town is saying to take it with Puma Sa. This is my second pair of Pumas in a row that fell apart and I want to exchange this on Caterpillars and pay in difference.
