BAD POLICIES AT TEKKIE TOWN

I cancelled my Layby with Tekkie Town which I couldn't pay anymore . I took out layby in December went to cancel it on 26 April. I wanted my deposit refunded in cash. I was well aware of the charge deducted for cancelling a layby but I was never told I could not get cash back but that I would get a voucher for that amount back . Yes it was pointed out that it says so on my receipt but only on the day 26th April. I never bothered to read my receipt at all as I didn't find it necessary. The Canal Walk branch refused to give my cash back even after phoning their customer care dept and their area manager. As far as the CPA I am to get my cash back but they where not interested. They simply refused and said it was their company policy to not refund the deposit in cash. I do not want this voucher and I do not want to ever shop there again. They don't care about the CPA . I will never shop there again nor any of their branches if they don't want to follow the Consumer Protectio Act. Terrible company!!
