BAD managerial service

As someone who comes from a customer service background im stunned at the level of service i received from the store manager at tekkie town somerset mall value mart, as times a tough during this covid time, i unfortunately needed to go cancel a laybuy, instead of assisting me said manager gave all possible scenarios as why i can not be helped, i was told i need my ID, if not than a slip..as i exited the store i came back just to enquire if i maybe cant use a copy of my ID or what if i make a payment and get a slip,As payments were always allowed previously by me just giving my ID num verbally,but nonetheless..as i really needed the funds and live in Grabouw to go back to just fetch an ID or slip is really a mission. I didnt come up with those suggestions to undermine this lady, but upon stating those she wripped open her jacket to show me her manager's badge, and that was a real slap in the face as to her going on a show of power and me desperately looking for a way to get the refund. She was not remotely trying to be helpful. im actually still dumbstruck that a store manager wouldnt go the extra mile and would shoot me down in that distasteful manner. All i want from Tekkie town now is my money back, and i definitely wont be doing business with them again, as i actually regularly frequent this specific store.
