BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR DISRESPECTFUL COMMUNICATION

I laybed a sneaker earliest December and unfortunately I moved from the town after 5 days of doing the laybye in the store …I forget about it and after 3 months the sales person gave me a call and told me it was due which I highly appreciated I then I deposited the money to the sales person by the name of THANDO AT ELUKWATINI BRANCH on the 28of feb and also deposited extra for courier since I changed location today it’s the 31 of MARCH I still haven’t received my sneaker nor even had a positive feedback apart from rude and mean text from the sales person acting like she was actually making me a favour instead of doing her job and giving me a good customer service..she promised I was gonna get the sneaker in 7 working days but it had been a month already but no solid response nor even good feedback ..From the management to the sales person Thando this for me has been bad CUSTOMER SERVICE and also poor Communication .

I hope this will be considered and sorted out and I get help in receiving my sneakers as soon as possible.
