Bad customer service

Was in talkie town today at Westgate Mall the customer service the was so poor very poor I couldn't believe it went there to exchange shoes and when I asked the assistant that do they have the shoes I wanted she just sad no and I went to look for my self I found the shoes....... When I was at the till wanting to be helped she told me that I need to buy socks couse the manager is not there she can't refund me and when she is not the I asked where is she she went out to buy food so I had to wait for a long good 20min I told her to call this manager she said the fone is not working that was real bad asi was in a hurry and it was very un acceptable real
