Bad customer service

Poor service Manager Dumesani, i paid using pay just now linked to my capitec account and he said the transaction was unaccessible, i showed him the payment went through on both my bank account and pay just now app but he still said no, he reported the transaction 3 times and still nothing, i had to come back to the store 3 times on different days with no hlep, i am going to pay 2 payments for something i don't even have because pay just now is showing that i have an open account with a due amount and 2 payments still to go through
