Bad customer service

Brought in a pair of faulty at tekkie Town canal Walk had to return it for a new pair only to find out it's also got defects so the guy said he'll get me a pair in 2 days but I got no feedback from him and had to go to the shop to find out what's going on.Well no one knew what was going on even the supervisor was clueless and rude.Now the sales guy and manager of the store wanna victimize me making like im the problem when they got the worse customer service ever arguing with me and speaking about me to their other colleagues while im in the store ill never buy there again
