Bad customer service

Afternoon, I won't say much accept how bad customer service I got from tekkie town lakeside mall.last year December we went there to shop for ourselves and our kids close to 8pairs using my ackermans account card.it happens when we get home 1pair of shoes was not fitting right we went to change the next day and they gave us a hustle told us the shoes are dirty we must go clean them we did that and we were turned away three times to clean the shoes with no luck still they didn't assist us called their head office still they didn't help us.The manager of the store and 2 assistance with no name badges just gave us an attitude all we wanted was to change size nothing more.we felt that they don't knw crisp values but I belive if it was white customers they would have assisted them I'm really so disappointed of lakeside tekkie town will never go back Shop there.Instead we got help at East Rand Mall tekkie town the staff the are so very helpful and friendly they assisted us so quickly as they didn't see any problems.
