Bad customer service

I'm so disappointed with the service rendered at Tekkie Town Rissik Street in Johannesburg. On the 29th June 2018 a colleague called in to enquire about the Jack Purcell sneaker that was a bargain at Tekkie town. He was told the sneaker is available in store and never advised that it was not the original Jack Purcell. We went bought the sneaker but when we returned back to work we released that it was not the original Jack Purcell. So I went back on the 3rd July to return cause it's not what I wanted. The same guy Jacob, advise that he can't give me cash he'll give me a voucher. I told him I don't want a voucher because I was sold a **** sneaker. He told me it's Tekkie Town's policy and I was made to wait for close to 30 mins because he was trying to get hold of head office so I can be given a voucher. I'm not happy with the service , especially that I had the slip and **** to about the sneaker I expect cash back not vouchers as I don't trust Tekkie Town anymore.
